Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

By using LeapOne (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

LeapOne provides AI-assisted tools that help Canadian businesses measure and improve their visibility in AI assistants and AI-powered search. Features include AI-visibility audits and scores, market and competitor insights, revenue-opportunity estimates, content suggestions, and recommended actions.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

Estimates, Scores & AI-Generated Content

Visibility scores, search-volume figures, competitor data, and revenue estimates are approximations based on third-party data and AI outputs, provided for guidance only — they are not guarantees of rankings, results, or revenue. LeapOne uses AI to generate content suggestions; you are solely responsible for reviewing any content before you use or publish it, and LeapOne is not liable for content you choose to use.

Connected Accounts

When you sign in with Google, or connect a Google Business Profile where that option is offered, you authorize LeapOne to access the information needed to identify and analyze your business. You may disconnect at any time from your settings page.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment. Plans renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before the renewal date; we will email you before an annual renewal. You can cancel anytime in your settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Limitation of Liability

LeapOne is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and we will communicate material changes. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
