• To provide and operate the LeapOne service
• To generate AI-drafted responses to your customer reviews using Anthropic's Claude AI
• To display insights and analytics about your reviews
• To communicate with you about your account

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@leapone.ca.
